Terms of sale

Last updated 20 September 2026

In short: you are buying printable PDF files for your own family's use. They arrive straight away. If they are not right for you, email within 30 days for a full refund.

Who we are

Practical Pages is run by Practical Pages. You can reach us at [email protected]. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Practical Pages, and "you" means the person buying.

What you are buying

Everything sold on practicalpages.store is a digital download: PDF files designed to be printed at home. Each product comes in two versions, A4 and US Letter. Nothing physical is posted to you. The page count and contents of each product are described on the page where you buy it.

Prices, tax and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout, and you may be shown the price in your own currency. You always see the full amount before you pay.

Payments are handled by Stripe. For orders placed through our checkout, Stripe acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, works out and pays any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Your download links appear on screen as soon as payment goes through, and are emailed to the address you gave at checkout. If they do not arrive, check your spam folder, then email us and we will send them again.

Extra offers after checkout

After your first purchase you may be offered a related product. Accepting opens a separate, short checkout for that product only. Nothing is charged unless you complete that checkout. Saying no has no effect on what you have already bought.

What you can do with the files

The designs and text remain the property of Practical Pages. Buying them gives you a personal licence to use them, not ownership of the copyright.

Refunds and your right to cancel

If a product is not right for you, email us within 30 days of buying and we will refund it in full. The details are on our refund policy page.

If you live in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads that right can end once the download starts. Our 30-day refund promise is longer than that period and does not depend on whether you have downloaded the files, so you are covered either way.

Not professional advice

Our planners are organisational tools written for families. They are not professional, mechanical, medical, legal or safety advice. The vehicle and travel pages are general reminders only. For anything mechanical, medical or safety related, speak to a qualified professional. Always follow the law on child car seats and restraints where you are travelling.

Our responsibility to you

We take care to make sure the files are complete and work as described. If a file is faulty, tell us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for anything that goes wrong on a trip. Apart from that, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be limited, or our responsibility for anything that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown here on the day you bought.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Practical Pages is based. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
